More About Me

Joe is a natural salesman and entrepreneur.  As a second generation realtor, he grew up in the Wooster Square area of New Haven and learned the business through his mother, who is a well-respected broker.  You could say real estate is in Joe's blood.  He has always followed the shoreline market and watches it like a hawk.  Although real estate was not his first career, it was his first love.  In a prior life, he had worked in the ladies fashion wholesale shoe business.  There he learned the art of negotiation, closing multi-million dollar deals with national retailers, including, Target, Costco, Kohl's and TJ Maxx.  He also managed from afar some of the biggest shoe factories in China and Vietnam.  He obtained his real estate license in 2016 and worked it part-time.  But realized that he was happiest when selling real estate.  Since he has transitioned to selling real estate full-time Joe has risen to be one of the top agents in Coldwell Banker achieving the International President's Circle award in both 2021 & 2022 – making him in the Top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide!

Joe's 20 years of experience in international business and working with a wide range of clients, has given him the unique ability to become very successful as both a residential and commercial agent.  He is able to juggle many different tasks and still service his clients like they are the only one.  Joe believes the client is number 1, and negotiates and services each client as though it was his own purchase or sale.  His overreaching belief is that each deal should be a win-win for all parties.  He is very knowledgeable and outgoing and has a wide circle of friends and an even wider network of support services for real estate.  So whether you need a chimney sweep or a referral for a driveway paving company, Joe can help you.

On a personal note, Joe has lived in Guilford for the past 21 years with his wife, Danielle, and their four children.  Joe loves sports and was a Youth Football and Baseball coach.  In his spare time, Joe plays golf at Clinton Country Club and works out as frequently as possible.  And in a perfect world, he enjoys working from his beachside cabana at Silver Sands Beach Club and closing deals.
